A twist on the Teesside classic. The Hot Shot Chicken Parmo. Butterflied chicken breast, bread crumbed then lashings of béchamel sauce with cheese on top. We’ve then added pepperoni and jalapenos to give it that fiery taste. Uncooked and ready to put straight in the oven!
